Sorry to say this is my last post. Thanks to everyone! I had a great time with it but now I am working on some new projects. Possibly writing a book (I can’t tell you what it’s about, it would ruin the surprise!). Maybe opening an Ebay store to sell fun vintage and not so vintage finds. Who knows, Maybe I will start another blog sometime!
Another one of my fun vintage belts. This looks smashing against anything black. It really stands out! Marked 1993.
I love this FEROCIOUS Christopher Ross Dog Belt!
I found this vintage Georgette Trabolsi for Neiman Marcus robe on EBAY some time ago and wanted to share it with you. It’s black velvet with this amazing Bohemian gold print on it. I couldn’t find out very much about her or the brand except that it was a line of lingerie and loungewear sold at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. Do you like it?
I work in a very corporate environment but sometimes I just have to get a little “out there” at the office. I love to mix it up with fashion, I found this fun little tank top at TARGET and decided to “rock” it at the office! Worn with thrifted pants, vintage polka-dot scarf from VINTAGE MARTINI, Alice & Olivia jacket, and Reed Krakoff “Boxer” tote and Paolo “Braxton” yellow patent heels. Photo credits to my darling niece Kirby!
I love jewelry and have a lot of what I call “FACE” pieces. I found this small but beautiful vintage necklace and fell in love with it, but I am troubled, will someone take it the wrong way? To me it is ART. What do you think? Would you wear it?
We all dressed up in our Red,White and Blue…
took a blanket and some water…
and found a cool, shady place under a cypress tree next to the little pond in our neighborhood where the parade is held every year on the 4th at 10:00 a.m.
It starts with one of the local motorcycle policemen leading the way. Lights flashing, siren bleeping and wailing.
Everyone joins in!
Of course Sheila had a great time…
The sun was beaming down. I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th!

My cousins gave me the prettiest set of coasters as a “GIRLS WEEKEND” gift. They are pale colors with beautiful birds on them. They are glass though and with a man and dog in the house I feared for their very lives! I got the idea to use them as a decor item in the home. Sooo…
…I decided to use them right behind by faucet in my bathroom. This way every morning when I see them I will think of my wonderful cousins and all of the women in my family and think how lucky I am to have them all in my life!
This is my 100th post. Thanks to all of you who frequently check in to see what I am up to. May you have all the joy and happiness you can get. Take a tip from Sheila Roo. Roll in the grass…kick your legs up and SMILE…it’s a free face lift that will take 10 years off of your face!!
